The CISX was established in 1998 and now has more than 3,000 securities listed. It offers a service and structure unique in the European time zone. A listing facility and screen-based trading is provided for local and international trading companies, investment companies - both open and closed-ended funds - specialist debt securities and Channel Islands depository receipts. These include specialist securities, including, Eurobonds, Structured Debt, Warrants and SPVs; and investment funds. The members who sponsor listing applications include banks, fund managers, fund administrators, law firms and trust companies.
