Channel Island CIPR workshop details
How to measure public relations activity and prove its worth to clients is the subject of the latest talk organised by the Channel Island branch of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
The workshop is aimed at PR agencies and inhouse staff who need to demonstrate how PR contributes to business goals.
Subjects covered will include why, when and how to measure, wrapping PR measurement around your objectives, setting key performance indicators and the types of metrics that are perfect for benchmarking performance and how to show a return on investment. Online and social media will also be discussed.
The talk, which takes place at 6pm on 17th June at the Old Government House Hotel in St Peter Port, will be led by Richard Bennett and Tim McLoughlin from UK company Metrica.
