Guernsey Quarterly Residential Bulletin
Th e Guernsey Residential Property Prices Bulletin measures average price changes in residential properties sold on the Island each quarter and provides a headline analysis of trends in average prices. Data on property transactions is obtained from the States Greff e and is analysed by the Policy Council, Policy and Research Unit. Average prices for local market properties (including a further analysis of average house and apartment prices) and open market properties are calculated.
Commercial properties are not included. A full description of the methodology is given at the end of this report.
