Guernsey companies Annual Validation reminder

All Guernsey registered companies are required under sections 234 & 235 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 to complete an Annual Validation and pay the appropriate fee.
An Annual Validation should be submitted online at www.guernseyregistry.com or by using the public access terminals at the Registry offices where staff will be pleased to assist you.
Please be aware that ALL Annual Validations MUST be completed by 31 January 2012, otherwise penalty fees will apply.
