Guersey Post warns of price rises
Guernsey Post is to ask the island's utilities watchdog to be allowed to increase its prices again.
The company increased its prices in April, but said the UK's Royal Mail was increasing the amount it charged by up to 40% over the next two years.
Guernsey Post said the increases would cost it £8m more a year, rises that it could not absorb.
If agreed by the Office of Utility Regulation, the price rises could come into force in September.
