Inspired Estate Agents go Boutique

Inspired Estate Agents has launched ‘Boutique’ Property Management and Lettings the latest division of the organisation to receive the Inspired treatment under the directorship of Chris Carr.

The company has introduced a different approach to the day-to-day function of the rentals and management department. They will now be providing a bespoke service through which clients can cherry pick from a wide selection of services to suit their own requirements.

Manager, Fiona Malley will be heading up Boutique and brings to the department a wide breadth of knowledge. She not only has a wealth of experience within Guernsey’s property management and lettings legislation and best practices, but also that of the UK. She is one of the few local agents to hold the National Federation of Property Professionals technical award in Property Management and Lettings and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents

‘When we came to evaluate the function of the Property Management and Lettings division of Inspired we all agreed that the service we were providing was perhaps a little too prescribed. So we began to look at methods through which we could provide a more encompassing service.

‘Our investigations found that some property owners can be perturbed by the idea of a fixed fee for a fixed service. Whilst our main business is of course rentals and management we now offer separate services such as the raising of inventories, drawing of Leases and reference checks. This means that that we can now offer something for everyone, at a cost effective price,’ she said.
