Ogier advises Coller VI Fund launch
Ogier has acted for Coller Investment Management Limited in relation to the establishment of their latest Guernsey fund, Coller International Partners VI (CIP VI).
Coller Capital, the leading global investor in private equity secondaries, has announced the final closing of CIP VI with commitments of $5.5 billion. CIP VI is a Guernsey authorised closed-ended investment scheme and has been established primarily to pursue privately negotiated investments in the secondary market worldwide.
Ogier worked with O'Melveny & Myers LLP on the transaction and advice was provided by Ogier partners Roger Le Tissier and William Simpson who were assisted by Senior Associate Bryon Rees and Associate Rachael Sanders.
