Requête - Residual Waste Treatment - BREAKING NEWS
The Policy Council, with regard to the abovementioned Requête, has directed me to issue the following statement to the media, for immediate release, to be attributed to a Policy Council spokesman:
"At a meeting held earlier this afternoon, the Policy Council decided, by a majority, to waive the 60-day rule which applies to the submission of Requêtes. As a result, the Policy Council will be requesting the Presiding Officer to publish a late Billet considering the above Requête signed by Deputy Spruce and others, in order that the matter might be considered at the March 2010 meeting of the States”.
