Bedell Group announces partner appointments

Bedell Group has appointed Tim Pearce and Pauline Gale as partners with immediate effect. The appointments recognise their valuable contribution to the Group’s continuing success.
Tim joined the Group in 2003 from a leading City law firm, bringing considerable onshore and offshore corporate and commercial experience. He has demonstrated his strength as a transactional lawyer across a variety of disciplines, notably banking, real estate funds, corporate finance and regulatory work. He regularly acts for multinational companies and large international banks as well as investment funds, promoters, intermediaries and high-net worth individuals. In recent years, Tim has played a key role in leading some of the Group’s highest-profile corporate finance and real estate acquisition transactions.
Tim has been recognised by the Legal 500 for his "high-standard, well researched and promptly delivered work" and continues to be praised by clients for his commitment and for "going the extra mile".
Pauline Gale was Managing Director of a large international bank trust company before joining Bedell Group. Specialising in fiduciary structures for international private clients, she has worked extensively in offshore jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Jersey, the Isle of Man and in the US. As Managing Director of Bedell Trust UK, she oversees the day-to day running of the Group's London trust operation and develops new business opportunities across the Group's five locations.
Pauline has been recognised as one of the Top 20 Women in Private Wealth Management and appears in the current Citywealth Leading Trustee list. She was recently shortlisted for the Citywealth Magic Circle Woman of the Year award.
